Empirical per-species niche moments

Mean, standard deviation, correlation and Fisher-z of the occurrence cluster of each species in a prepared data list – used for start designs and boundary diagnostics.

Usage

niche_empirical(data)

Arguments

data

A list from prepare_phylo_niche_data().

Value

A list with matrices mu (S x P), sd (S x P), ls (log sd), and vectors cor, zr (Fisher-z), n_occ, n_cells. Masked species get NA rows.
